Lake Tsaghkari (also often called Lake Tsak Kari) is located in Syunik Region, at an altitude of 3270m above sea level. It is one of the high-altitude lakes of the Zangezur Mountains, which reflects the surrounding rocky peaks. You can see snow here even in mid-July. The road leading to the lake passes through the valley of the Tsaghkari river, on the right and left sides of which huge rocks rise up. On the way you will also see the Tsak stone, due to which the lake is also called the Tsakkari lake.
