Mount Dimats is one of the famous and popular routes in Armenia. It is located in the Tavush region is one of the peaks of the Ijevan Mountains and has a height of 2378m. The ascent to Mount Dimats begins from the Haghartsin Monastery, 1.5 km from which, deep in the forest, there is a Hidden Waterfall, which we will also see at the beginning of the ascent. From the top of Mount Dimats there are beautiful views of the villages of Teghut and Haghartsin, the Miapor Mountains. The rocky walls of the Ijevan Mountains are especially impressive.

The peculiarity is that at the beginning of the route you need to cross a river, in which case you may need to take off your shoes.
