Mount Qarkatar is the highest point of the Qarkatar mountains, 2961 m, located in Vayots Dzor region. It stands out for its rocky slopes. We will start our ascent from the village of Hors and return here. This climb is difficult as long kilometers must be covered and a high relative altitude must be overcome. The road leads through beautiful meadows that gradually turn into steep slopes. You'll find no shortage of breathtaking views along the way. And from above there are views of Gndasar, Mzhkatar, Vardenis, Teksar and other mountains.
