Aragats has a gigantic crater 400 m deep and 3 km in diameter, the remains of its eroded walls form the four peaks of the mountain. The crater is open on the southeast side. The peaks are located in a semicircle. The highest is the northern peak (4090.1 meters). The western peak has a height of 3995.3 m, the eastern peak - 3908.2 m, the southern peak - 3887.8 m. Ascenting the four peaks of Aragats in one day is not easy, so before making such a decision, you need to correctly assess your capabilities. The difficulty comes from both the high relative height and the jagged vertical peaks. The ascent will begin from Lake Kari, which is located at an altitude of 3200m. First we will ascent the South Peak, then the West Peak. Having descended to the southwest saddle, we will continue our descent to the crater, after which we will ascent to the northeast saddle. From here we will ascent to the North  and then to the East peaks. After climbing the four peaks, we will return to Lake Kari.
